Users of recalled Philips CPAP and BiPAP machines may be eligible for compensation due to toxic foam degradation risks. Claims range from $500 to $10,000 depending on the device model and health impacts. Deadline: July 30, 2026.

4. Equifax Data Breach — Up to $20,000

The extended claims period for the Equifax settlement remains open for consumers who experienced identity theft or fraud as a direct result of the 2017 breach. Documented losses up to $20,000 are eligible. Deadline: April 30, 2026.

5. Facebook Privacy Settlement — $500+

Meta's $725 million settlement over unauthorized data sharing with Cambridge Analytica is distributing payments. Users who had a Facebook account between May 2007 and December 2022 may receive $500 or more. Claims deadline has passed but distribution is ongoing through 2026.

6. Roundup Weedkiller Health Claims — $5,000+

Monsanto continues settling claims from individuals who developed non-Hodgkin lymphoma after using Roundup products. Individual settlements start at $5,000 and can reach significantly higher amounts with medical documentation. No set deadline — claims accepted on a rolling basis.

7. Zantac Contamination Settlement — $500 to $5,000

Consumers who purchased Zantac (ranitidine) products before the 2020 recall may file claims for refunds and health monitoring compensation. Payouts range from $500 to $5,000. Deadline: August 2026.

8. TikTok Children's Privacy Settlement — $500+

TikTok agreed to a $92 million settlement for collecting personal data from children under 13 without parental consent. Parents of affected children can claim $500 or more. Deadline: May 30, 2026.

9. Apple MacBook Keyboard Settlement — $300 to $750

Apple's butterfly keyboard settlement covers MacBook models from 2015 to 2019. Users who experienced sticky, unresponsive, or repeating keys can claim between $300 and $750 depending on the number of repairs. Deadline: September 2026.

10. Hyundai/Kia Engine Failure — $500 to $3,000

Owners of affected Hyundai and Kia vehicles with engine failure or fire risks can claim between $500 and $3,000 for out-of-pocket expenses, diminished value, and inconvenience. Deadline: June 15, 2026.
