Fisher-Price has voluntarily recalled its Soothe and Swing infant rocker after the CPSC identified a potential suffocation hazard related to the product's fabric harness design. Approximately 200,000 units sold since August 2025 are affected by the recall.
The harness straps can loosen during use, allowing infants to shift into positions that may restrict breathing. One infant death and four near-miss incidents have been reported in connection with the defect.
